PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a cast bathtub wherein a cladding material can be molded easily, a reduction of a material cost is contrived, which is inexpensive as a whole, without making use of a hand lay-up method. CONSTITUTION:A process preheating a base 1 comprised of an organic fiber nonwoven fabric 3 and a film 2 and a process wherein the preheated base 1 is placed on a mold 4 by turning a surface side of the organic fiber nonwoven fabric 3 down, demolded after vacuum molding and preformed cladding material 5 is obtained are provided. The title method is constituted of a process curing a cast molding male mold by applying a gel coating resin to the male mold, a process fixing the cladding material 5 into the cast molding male mold so that a film 2 surface of the cladding material 5 abuts against the inside of the male mold, a process fitting a female mold over the male mold and cast the resin between the gel coat resin within a mold and the organic nonwoven fabric 3 of the cladding material 5 and respective processes demolding after curing the resin. |
