PURPOSE:To obtain a safe and inexpensive stress-dissolving agent which has prophylactic effect against stress or diseases caused by the stress from the starting substances which can stably be supplied with high processibility. CONSTITUTION:(1) Ground products of germinated rice grains, (2) extracts from rice grains of germinated rice grains, (3) hydrolytic products of rice or germinated rice grains or products by allowing KOJI (malted rice) to act on them, (4) products obtained by allowing enzyme or KOJI to act on rice or germinated rice grains before, on or after extraction and (5) products of alcoholic or organic acid fermentation on the enzymatic hydrolyzate or Koji treatment product from rice, germinated rice or rice extract can be directly used or formulated with other components into the objective stress-dissolving agent respectively. |
