A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (I): <CHEM> including their stereoisomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; wherein: each R<1>, which may be identical or different if m is greater than 1, is a halogen or phenyl; m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; k and n are each independently 0, 1 or 2; R<2> and R<3> each are independently H or OH; R<6> and R<7> are each independently H or C1-4 alkyl; R<8> and R<9> are each H or R<8> and R<9> together form a -C(R<4>)(R<5>)-C(R<1><1>)(R<1><2>)- group, wherein R<4>, R<5>, R<1><1> and R<1><2> are each independently H or C1-4 alkyl; Y is N or CH; and R<1><0> is H or a halogen, or R<1><0> together with R<2> forms an -O- group; with the proviso that if R<8> and R<9> together form a -C(R<4>) (R<5>)-C(R<1><1>)(R<1><2>)- group, R<3>, R<6> and R<7> are each H, and k and n are each 1, then R<2> and R<1><0> together form an -O- group; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.e
