PURPOSE:To secure a simple ajustment for the outgoing frequency via the oscillation frequencies of a wide range for the oscillator circuit which is thus suited for the mass production by varying the resistance value between the connected inverters. CONSTITUTION:FET11 and 12 form inverter 10, and FET21 and 22 form inverter 20 respectively. Resistance 31 is connected between input terminal 13 of inverter 10 and input terminal 23 of inverter 20; capacitor 32 is connected between terminal 13 and output terminal 24 of inverter 20; and resistance 35 of series connection and capacitor 36 are inserted in parallel into capacitor 32. Thus, the vlaue of resistance 35 is varied with the resistance value of resistance 31 and the capacity of capacitor 32 kept constant, accordingly ensuring simple variation for the outgoing period. At the same time, the value of resistance 35 is kept constant to secure the same operation even in case the value of resistance 31 is varied. |
