摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the manufacturing yield rate in press working by molding a stator with an elastic body by pressing, providing the trapezoidal coross-sectional shapes for tooth-shaped protruding parts and grooves at the vibration generating surface of a stator, and making the pulling gradient of a press molding die metal mold large CONSTITUTION:A stator 60 is formed of a ring-shaped disk member. Grooves 60a, which are arranged in the radial direction with respect to an axial center, are formed at an edge in contact with a rotor 7. An abrasion resistance coating layer 60c is formed at the surface of each tooth-shaped protruding part 60b between the grooves 60a. The rotor 7 is compressed to the abrasion resistance coated layer 60c. The wall surfaces of the tooth-shaped protruding part 60b and the grooves 60a have the slant surfaces with respect to the edge of s the stator 60. The cross-sectional shapes of the groove 60a and the tooth-shaped protruding part 60b become the trapezoidal shape. The stator 60 is machined with a press metal mold 19. Namely, a trapezoidal protruding part 19a for forming the groove 60a of the stator 60 and a trapezoidal groove part 19b for forming the tooth-shaped protruding part 60b of the stator 60 are provided in the metal mold 19. The slant angles of the side walls of the protruding part 19a and the groove part 19b have the angles larger than the pulling gradient of the metal mold 19.
