PURPOSE:To protect a pedestrian from being brought into contact with a lid to cover an opening part where an air bag is arranged. CONSTITUTION:An opening part 4 is formed on the prescribed position of a hood 2, and an inflator 5 to generate the gas and a bag 6 which is inflated by the gas are arranged in the opening part 4, and a deformable lid 7 to close the opening part 4 is provided on the outer surface side of the hood in an openable manner. When the lid 7 is elevated on the upper surface of the hood 2, and a pedestrian or the like is brought into contact with the lid 7, the lid is deformed to absorb the shock energy. |
