PURPOSE:To improve the safety of the device by storing the continuous using time of each calorific value section during a predetermined period, updating the maximum value, comparing the final value with the initial value, simultaneously with the lapse of time, resetting a new condition at a continuous time judging part, and making a judgement as to an extraordinariness under this condition. CONSTITUTION:A timer 11 starts counting by the operation of starting signal applying means 12. Simultaneously, the maximum value of each continuous using time in each calorific value section is store at a using state memory part 13 and at the time of ending the counting, the stored maximum value of the using time in each section is outputted to a continuous use allowable time changing part 14. This changing part 14 multiplies the actually measured maximum value by a first coefficient with respect to the unused calorific value section, and the actually measured maximum value by second coefficient with respect to the unused calorific value section. Thus obtained values are compared with the initial value, and a smaller value is selected and outputted to a continuous using time judgement part 9 to set a new condition, and judges an extraordinariness based on the new condition. By this construction, the safety of the device is improved. |
