PURPOSE:To obtain a master plate having excellent printing durability and high sensitivity by incorporating specified several reaction products and a specified compd. into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contains each one compd. of two reaction products and at least one compd. expressed by formulae III, IV and V. The one reaction product is obtd. by the reaction of a compd. having at least one structure expressed by formula I and a quinonediazide compd. The other reaction product is obtd. by the reaction of a compd. having at least one structure expressed by formula II with a quinonediazide compd. In formulae I-V, R1 is at least one element selected from sulfur atom, substd. or unsubstd. nitrogen atom, substd. or unsubstd. carbon atom, and substd. or unsubstd. silicon atom, R2-R5 are substituents, and R6 is at least one kind selected from among hydroxyl group, an alkali metal oxide, a halogen atom, amino group, mercapto group, alkoxy group, amide group, acyloxy group, alkanoyl group, formyl group, aryloxy group, etc. |
