PURPOSE:To maintain degree of superheat in an optimum state without detecting the degree of superheat. CONSTITUTION:Capacities of compressors 1, 2 are controlled according to a total sum of required capacities of respective indoor units B, and opening degrees of flow regulating valves 32 are controlled to the required capacities of the respective units B. Refrigerant temperatures Te1, Te2 of inlet and outlet sides of respective indoor heat exchangers 33 are sensed, and the degree of opening of the valves 32 are so corrected that a difference DELTATe of both the sensed temperatures becomes a predetermined value.
