PURPOSE:To realize suitable use for an automobile rotary electric machine requiring heat resistance by winding a self-welding insulated wire made by applying a coating, wherein polyether sulfone, bismaleimide, and one or more kinds selected from a group of polycyanate, aromatic diamine and epoxy compounds are dissolved in an organic solvent, to a conductor directly or via another insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:Coating wherein polyether sulfone, bismaleimide, and one or more kinds selected from a group of polycyanate, aromatic diamine and epoxy compounds are dissolved in an organic solvent is applied to a conductor directly or via another insulating layer and dried. A rotary electric machine 2 is provided with an insulated coil wherein a self-welding insulated wire is wound on a coil core and integratedly heat fused. Another rotary electric machine 2 is directly coupled to a main shaft of an automobile internal combustion engine 1 for conducting electric control and auxiliary acceleration of an automobile, and is provided with an insulated coil wherein a self-welding insulated wire is wound on a coil core and integratedly fused. |
