PURPOSE:To provide a simple mold for sandwich molding prevented from the cutting of a tab at the time of release and excellent in strength. CONSTITUTION:A mold device 1 forms a protruding part 83 filled with a core material 82 and has a movable mold 20 forming a cavity 31, an overflow part 32 and the orifice passage 33 allowing both of them to communicate with each other and an inclined core 10. A sub-core 21 is provided to the lower part of the movable mold 20 in a protruding state and a groove part 22 is formed to the upper surface thereof. A recessed part 12 is formed to the left surface 11 of the inclined core 10 to constitute the overflow part 32 along with the groove part 22. The bottom surface 321 of the overflow part 32 is constituted of the bottom surface of the recessed part 12 and the bottomed surface of the groove part 22. |
