PURPOSE:To obtain a loader system having a high operating efficiency by a method wherein robot arms movable in the XYZ directions are provided on a carrying car that can run along juxtaposed many tire vulcanizing machines, and a green tire chuck is installed to the tip of each of the robot arms. CONSTITUTION:A large number of tire vulcanizing machines ]1 are laterally arranged in a line. Robot arms 3 are provided on a carrying car 2 that can run on rails 4 disposed 10 parallel to the line. On pallets 5 disposed oppositely to the vulcanizing machines 1 across the rails 4, green tires 11 are placed at positions A, B. The robot arms 3 can move to center positions C, D of the required tire vulcanizing machine 1 and to the positions A, B of the pallets 5. The robot arm 3 grips the green tire 11 to the center position C, D of the vulcanizing machine 1, places the green tire 11 on a bead ring of a.Lower mold, and holds it thereon. The tire is shaped by a bladder. In this manner, a loader attached to every tire vulcanizing machine is removed, and a carrying car with robot arms can be used for several vulcanizing machines. |
