<p>Especially for use in effluent treatment plants of the type in which the rotating screw is partially enclosed in a trough, whereby one end of the screw is supported rotatably directly on the trough while the other is connected to a flanged device on the trough so that the screw is attached indirectly at this end. The conveyor is of light construction and can be adjusted manually with ease. It is suitably used for the removal of effluent or sludge from sedimentation basins.</p> |
