<p>A rake, primarily for use in bunkers on golf courses, includes a body member (2) from the rear of which extends an elongate handle (6) and to each side of which is pivotally mounted a toothed head portion (10, 12) movable between a retracted position extending substantially parallel with the handle (6) and an operative position in which said portions (10, 12) combine to define a head member extending transversely of the handle (6). Selectively releasable locking means (28) react between the body member (2) and the head portions (10, 12) to retain the head portions (10, 12) in their operative positions. The rake is primarily designed to resemble a golf iron, and to constitute an accessory for carrying by a golfer in his golf bag. <IMAGE></p> |
