PURPOSE:To maintain the visibility of a reflecting surface even in the case of snowing by turning forcedly turning vanes to drop snow in the case of snowing. In the case of snowing, the turning vanes 2 are forcedly turned by turning the direct current shunt generator 3 with the charging power of the electric double layer capacitor 5 based on a detection signal of a snow accretion sensor 6 to drop snow on the turning vanes 2 or reflection surface 11. |
