发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ANISOTROPIC BOND MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture high performance Fe-B-R group magnets efficiently by obtaining raw powder for anisotropic bond magnets from a cast piece available by a strip casting method using molten platinum comprising elements having a specified component. CONSTITUTION:Molten platinum which comprises 9.0 to 15at% of R (R represents at least one type of rare elements.), 5.5 to 8.0at% of B, 2 to 20at% of M1(M1 represents one or at last two types of Co, Ni and Cr.), 2 to 20at% of M2 (M2 represents at least of one type of Al, Ga, Zr, Ti, V, Nb, Mo, In, Sn, Hf, Ta and W.), 0.01 to 2.0at% of the rest of Re is cast into a cast piece having a specified thickness by a strip casting method. Then, a specified heat treatment is carried out in a vacuum or inactive gas atmosphere, and thereby crystals are oriented. After the growth of particles exceeding 20mum in the shortest direction in the crystal region desirably oriented, a specified hydrogen treatment is carried out under a specified pressure of H2 gas. Furthermore. after having obtained alloy powder in a specified average grain size having anisotropy magnetically in a specified average grain size and carrying out dehydrogenation treatment under a specified condition, the substances are turned and bonded with resin.
