摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease image noises as low as possible by forming a tomographic image data by means of a correlative operating treatment based on high speed Fourier transformation between an information on transmitting wave shape and an information on receiving wave shape. CONSTITUTION:In a transmitting wave shape treating parts 5, a transmitting wave shape g(t) is extracted therefrom and an FFT treatment us performed to obtain a transmitting wave shape information G*(w) of a conjugated complex number data. A receiving wave shape f(t) overlapped with noises is given to an operational circuit 13 from a line buffer 9. In the operational circuit 13, a correlational operation H(w)=F(w)XG*(w) between G*(w) stored in a transmitting wave shape memory and a receiving wave shape information F(w) obtd. from f(L) stored in the line buffer 9 is performed. A tomographic data h(t) obtd. by reverse Fourier transfer of the operational result is stored in a frame memory 10. The tomographic data is read out from a reading-out circuit 11 and is displayed on a monitor 8. Here, as a correlative operating treatment is performed, noise information with no relation to the transmitting wave shape information included in the receiving wave shape information are eliminated and the S/N ratio is improved.
