With its new construction this kiosk provides much greater sales space, which can be constantly observed by the seller; although a self-service system is allowed. The entire sales space with products for sale, which is also designed to allow the entry of customers, is much better protected from bad weather conditions than the usual stalls. The central element (1), which is designed for the seller, is made with two folds (8) which can be turned and are equipped with display shelves (9) and racks (10) for the products. When they are pushed apart they create the sales space between them and element (1); when they are closed and locked together they enclose element (1) entirely and act as a protective perimeter for the stall. The kiosk is entirely covered by a roof, even when the folds (8) are pushed apart.
