PURPOSE:To mount a number of electronic components on a printed board easily and accurately by a method wherein a jig which arranges a number of the electronic components and a holder which holds a number of the arranged electronic components simultaneously are provided. CONSTITUTION:A hand carrier 5, which is a holder, is composed of a base 6, a plurality of pins 7 and a plurality of springs 8. A number of pairs of the pins 7 and 7 which hold the springs 8 between them respectively are stood on the base 6 in parallel with each other with a certain interval. The center part 16 of the spring 8 between the one pair of the pins 7 and 7 is made to protrude toward the next pair of the pins 7 and 7. An insert jig 18, which is an electronic component arranging jig on which a plurality of D-RAMs are loaded simultaneously, is composed of a bottom plate 19 which is pressed against a table, a slant plate 20, a support plate 21, a vertical plate 22, a frame 23, a plurality of guide plates 25 and a stick 24 which is attached to and detached from the frame 23. With this constitution, even if the electronic components are mounted manually, a plurality of the electronic components can be handled simultaneously and accurately. If the electronic components are mounted by a robot, the workability of the automated mounting can be improved. |
