<p>PURPOSE:To provide a portable indication means for monitoring the residual battery capacity at a motor vehicle from the outside thereof with the function of running key (ignition key of a vehicle mounting an internal-combustion engine) of a conventional motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A portable indicating means C, which can monitor the residual battery capacity from the outside of a vehicle and can lock/unlock the door from the outside, is inserted into an inserting part 43 provided on an instrument panel. When the ID code of the portable indicating means C matches the ID code on the vehicle side, a running switch 46 is unlocked. When the running switch 46 is operated, a steering lock is unlocked and a running motor is connected with the running battery thus bringing about a travelable state of motor vehicle.</p> |
