PURPOSE:To highly efficiently utilize funds by simultaneously executing the transaction processing of two customers by a paper money receiving and paying device. CONSTITUTION:Paper money receiving/paying ports 2, 2', discrimination parts 3, 3', temporary stackers 4, 4' are respectively arranged in the paper money receiving and paying device 1 and connected to a rejecting box 5, a 1000-YEN paper money storing box 6, a 10000-YEN paper money storing box 7 and a safe 8 through a carrier 9. Sensors 101 to 130 to detecting a presence of paper money and gates 201 to 211 are arranged on the carrier 9 and each paper money can be carried up to an objective position by a control part for controlling respective parts 101 to 130, 201 to 211. Since respective paper money carrying routes are separated from the ports 2, 2' up to the stackers 4, 4', transactions for two customers can be processed in parallel. |
