<p>Mulli-nozzle injector head for producing plastic spheroids and provided with a covered-over heating channel. Each nozzle bore is central to a round inset sleeve and is soldered at one end to the head body and to the cover plate at the other end the shank surrounded by the heating channel. Ejector head for submerged-production of atomized plastic spheroids, has its covered-over channel for evenly heating the nozzle bores of the head, traversed by a multiplicity of atomizing nozzle sleeves, these as insets hard-soldered-in, resulting in a uniform product e.g. of polyethylene, or even of nylon or polyethylene terephthalate, and giving a yield of spheroids of up to 100kg/hr.</p> |
