<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color filter causing no decline in its sensitivity and having a black matrix of high light-screening ability. CONSTITUTION:In producing the objective color filter by forming (A) transparent layers colored patternedly by respective colors and having red, green and blue spectroscopic characteristics and (B) a black matrix as light-screening layers partitioning the respective color patterns, the black matrix is obtained using a black photosensitive resin composed of a pigment paste and a photosensitive resin and by heating to raise its light-screening ability.</p> |
