PURPOSE:To provide a method of forming the foamed layer of a double container for heating only the double container smoothly and positively and forming the foamed layer of the double container easily, and a device using the method. CONSTITUTION:A double container W is charged into a storage cylinder, then a gap between the walls of this double container is filled with a foamed resin, and a lid 5 is fitted to the top of the storage cylinder 1. In addition, a hot blast is sent into the interior of the storage cylinder 1 by a hot blast generator 15 and piping 10, to heat the double container W, so that the foamed rein develops a foam. Further, the hot blast sent in is recovered by a flexible pipe 14 and returned to the hot blast generator 15 for circulation. |
