PURPOSE:To provide production method of a dried product of small fish by seasoning raw small fishes in a favorite taste during a process for drying the fishes at high temperature as they are and finishing the small fishes in a crisp state. CONSTITUTION:During a process for dispersing laver, etc., on raw small fishes and heating the small fishes at >=150 deg.C, the small fishes are further seasoned and finished. |
