PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous judgement of pinching insertion by providing the function temporarily interrupting judgement of pinching insertion during light load at starting a motor in the CPU of a power window with function for preventing pinching insertion. CONSTITUTION:A switch 6 is operated so as to change a relay 2, and a motor 1 is driven so as to elevatably move a window. In this case, when a foreign substance is pinched with the window, rotating speed of the motor 1 is changed, hence the value is detected with a detecting device 3, judged by a CPU 4, and the motor 1 is stopped or reversely rotated so as to prevent pinching insertion. At starting the motor 1, the rotating speed is radically varied due to the reason of the play of a regulator or the like, and hence pinching insertion can not be judged during the load variation term (tm). Hereby the function not to judge pinching insertion during (tm) even if signal from the rotating speed detecting device 3 is received, is provided in the CPU 4. Therefore the erroneous judgement of pinching insertion can be prevented. |
