NARROW BANDWIDTH HIGH RESOLUTION FIBER OPTIC CCD SCANNER/CAMERA FOR B/AW/COLOR 3-D OR 2-D IMAGES A color CCD scanner is disclosed which comprises a fiber optics based color separator that accomplishes several functions such as the finer detection of any specific narrow/broad spectral information within the input image, cancellation of the chromatic aberrations of the imaging lens , no astigmatism , higher scanning resolution, real time auto-focus for the highest MTF, ghost free images,sensible faster scanning time,remote image transmission and on-the-fly connection to output image printing equipment . Other innovative features of the said scanner are included in the illumination system, dual displaying mode , input image cassettes, color filters , B/AW or luminance option , CCD sensors, fibers spatial distribution , coherence conversion of the fiber bundles and CCDs assembling technology .
