摘要 Fermented milk product preparations for spooning are principally offered with a fruit flavour, e.g. fruit yoghurt. These preparations are sweet and therefore frequently contain relatively large amounts of sugar which considerably increases the specific calorific value. Sugar substitutes or artificial sweeteners have also been used, but these are rejected by many consumers. In order to avoid this, fermented milk product preparations are prepared which contain sugar at most as seasoning and not as a calorific ingredient and whose essential constituents are the fermented milk product, vegetable juice and/or vegetable puree and vegetable pieces. The organoleptic impression is grainy, and the preparations have a spicy-seasoned or slightly sweet taste.
