<p>PURPOSE:To arrange a scanning voltage outputted from an LSI so as to be a constant value without being interfered by the load currents of the other output terminal by directly supplying a driving voltage from the voltage supply terminal of the LSI to each output gate without allowing the driving voltage to pass through an auxiliary gate circuit. CONSTITUTION:The LSI consists of a control part which consists of a logic circuit, shift register, and latch circuit, and output gate circuits G301, G305... or the like which supply a display voltage and a coordinate detecting scanning voltage to the electrode of a liquid crystal panel. The circuits G301, G305... consist of four sets of gate circuits, and the input side of each circuit is directly connected with voltage supply terminals V0, V2, V3, and V5 without allowing it to pass through the auxiliary gate circuit. Thus, even at the time of connecting the liquid crystal being a capacitive load with the output terminal, and scanning it in a prescribed timing, the other output terminal is not affected, the scanning voltages of the output terminals O307 and O401 of an LSI1 are almost the same, a difference with the other terminal at an intermediate position can be reduced, and variation due to the output terminals can be within the maximum 0.2V.</p> |
