PURPOSE:To smoothly perform a correspondense job to customers by the system which mutually transmit information between a transaction request department and plural transaction processing departments by storing to one storage device by combining transaction processing requests and transaction processing results regarding the same customer. CONSTITUTION:A medical examination and treatment department 11 being the transaction requesting department and an inspection department group 12 being the transaction processing departments are connected together by a network 13, to which a host computer 10 for administration is connected. Terminal devices 151, 152, 161, and 162 are installed in the respective departments to enable a communication with the host computer 10. Three storage devices are connected to the host computer 10, and a file 20 classified by patients are generated on the storage device constituting a customer-classified transaction storage means and a sample inspection file 101 and a physiological examination file 102 are generated on the two storage devices constituting a transaction-departmental transaction storage means 109. Consequently, examination request (result) information on respective patients can be handled by combining the patients in the patient file 20. |
