PURPOSE:To reduce toner not recovered in a cleaner process, in an image formation capable of recovering the toner remaining on a latent image carrier by a developing unit and a device for the image formation. CONSTITUTION:In the image formation having a latent image forming process for forming a latent image on a rotary endless-like latent image carrier 20, a developing process for developing the latent image of the latent image carrier 20 with a powder developer and simultaneously, recovering the toner remaining on the latent image carrier 20 and a transfer process for transferring the developed image of the latent image carrier 20 out a sheet, the developing process is for carrying the developer composed of magnetic toner and magnetic carriers to a developing region where the latent image carrier 20 is developed and forming a magnetic brush by the developer in the developing region, to recover the remaining toner and attain development by the magnetic brush. |
