<p>PURPOSE:To stably provide an FF reproducing picture and an REW reproducing picture by reducing a setting speed to a speed capable of speed controlling and phase controlling and drawing the control of a speed system and a phase system of a capstan motor. CONSTITUTION:At the time of normal reproduction, by speed controlling with a speed control circuit 6 and reproducing a CTL signal recorded on a magnetic tape with a CTL head 5, the phase control is performed by a phase control circuit 7, and by operating the result and transmitting it to a driving circuit 2 through a D/A converter 1, a loop is formed, and the stable reproducing picture is obtained. At the time of FF reproduction and REW reproduction, by a speed setting circuit 8, the speed setting is selected optionally. At this time, when a maximum speed is selected, in the case a maximum load becomes larger beyond expectation at the time of low temp. atmosphere, etc., and in the case a motor driving power source is fluctuated and lowered, an error in the phase system is detected by an error detection circuit 10, and the speed is reduced a step and the stable reproducing picture is obtained.</p> |
