摘要 Installations for obtaining drinking water are controlled such that the provision function is not endangered by the withdrawal of drinking water. It is the prior art to dimension the capacity of these installations for fixedly predetermined loadings and withdrawals. The least favourable dry periods are estimated as loadings. The dimensional capacity represents the upper limit of water discharge in the control of the installation. With the aid of the new method, the installation is intended to be controlled such that the possible water discharge which is a maximum determined for a current point in time is calculated and output. In the event of a change of the boundary conditions, the method determines a new discharge. For this purpose, the withdrawal devices are set to the discharge which is the maximum possible at the present point in time. The discharge which is the maximum possible at the current point in time is determined for a predetermined safety margin by using the current dam content, the observed dam inflow from the previous 3 months and with the aid of artificially generated storage inflows for the next 5 years by means of at least 1000 dam operating simulation calculations and subsequent recording of the cases of failure. The statistical distributions of the observed and artificially generated storage inflows are identical. The advantages achieved by means of the invention consist in an increase of the drinking water discharges and thus of the sales proceeds of the dam operator.
