PURPOSE:To enhance the surface touch and recycling properties by preventing the curing of wadding due to the impregnation of the wadding of the main part of a skin material with a raw soln. of a foamed synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The lower mold 12 of a foaming mold is formed from the first mold 15 corresponding to the main part 21 of a skin material 21 and the second mold 16 corresponding to the side part of a pad material. The first mold 15 of the lower mold is formed as a vacuum mold and made freely movable up and down with respect to the second mold 16 by an up-and-down lift means 18. The main part 21a of the skin material 21 is arranged to the first mold 15 of the lower mold and, subsequently, a film 25 is laminated to the rear surface of the skin material to be sucked under vacuum. Next, the first and second molds 15, 16 are registered and a raw soln. of a foamed synthetic resin is subsequently injected. |
