The apparatus receives up the air, crashing against the automobile in running, by use of the outer air resistance, in order to improve the high speed running performance, reduce the discharge gas and cool efficiently the engine. The apparatus comprises a venturi(2) connected to an air passageway(3); a turbine wheel(8) rotatable with a bearing(5) positioned at an air passageway(3); a compressor wheel(8) connected between an air cleaner(6) and an engine(1); an air hose(9) equipped at a side of the venturi(2); a diaphram(10) equipped at an end of the air hose(9); a return spring(11).
