The automatic shoe upper (1) working machine has units connected by a conveying turntable (21), reaching beyond over a table (11). The units comprise a manual (un)loading unit (100) for the lasted shoe uppers with a sensor and lift pressing the heel against a plate (103); a roughening unit (200, 300); and automatic adhesive applicator (400). The units are fixed to the table on a central column (10) with tool (103) support frames. At least four last holders are mounted on the turntable, on which is a guide for each last holder. A height-adjustable base plate on the guide has fixed to it a last holder, longitudinally adjustable last support, and last clamps. ADVANTAGE - Fast shoe upper finishing, precise positioning, and use of existing lasts.
