The system consists of a transmitter/receiver (11), a call circuit block (12), a wireless block (13), a controller (14), a coin classifier (15), a coin repository (16), a cache box (17), a card reader (18), a keypad (19), a display (20), a power supply (21), a unit call free setting block (22), an on/off detector (23), an alarm generator (24) and an emitting light block (25).
