摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of cracking in a narrow groove bottom by providing a cut groove extending in the circumferencial direction in the internal wall on the tire inner side of a narrow groove in a shoulder end part and setting the area of the internal wall on the tire inner side larger than the area of the internal wall on the tire outer side. CONSTITUTION:A main groove 3 extending in the tire circumferencial direction is provided on a tread face and a narrow groove 1 is provided on the shoulder end part. A cut groove 2 extending in the tire circumferencial direction is provided in the internal wall closer to the tire inner side of the narrow groove 1 and the area S1 of the internal wall closer to the tire inner side between A and B is set larger than the area S0 of the internal wall closer to the tire outer side between A' and B. The shearing stresses caused in both right and left internal walls are thus made to balance with each other and occurrence of cracking in the groove bottom of the narrow groove 1 can be reduced.
