PURPOSE:To obtain pickled plum as a health food with various medicinal virtues inherent in herbs by pickling sun-dried plum fruits in a mixed liquor prepared by mixing a seasoning liquor with a herb-decocted liquor. CONSTITUTION:Plum fruits 4 prepared by sun-drying of unripe plum fruits preserved with salt are pickled in a mixed liquor 3 prepared by mixing a herb- decocted liquor with a seasoning liquor. Thereby, the plum fruits 4 are infiltrated with the seasoning ingredients in the seasoning liquor and the medicinal components in the herbs contained in the decocted liquor. |
