<p>PURPOSE:To draw out a core easily after it is moulded, as well as to mould the core in a desired reinforced insulator form at a good accuracy, by composing the core which is provided inside a moulding die and sets the through hole of a reinforced insulator, with two members divided into two pieces at the center, when the reinforced insulator provided at the connection processing member of the connecting part of a cable manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A core 25 provided inside a moulding die, and to form the through hole of a reinforced insulator, is composed by combining two members 26 and 27 divided at the center in the longitudinal direction, and the tube bodies 30 of both members 26 and 27 are composed of larger diameter parts 31 and 31a at the ends, smaller diameter parts at the center, and tapered parts 33 and 33a. The smaller diameter parts are composed as connections 35, and an inserting part 36 of the other side member is combined to a tubular part 38 of one side member, and inserted to the tubular part 38 through a tapered surface 37. A cooling means is provided in the core 25, and the core 25 is to be cooled from the inner side after the reinforced insulator is moulded.</p> |
