PURPOSE:To average the traffic amount of each base station without changing a zone size or the number of channels and to effectively utilize radio waves. CONSTITUTION:Base stations 101 and 102 transmit the traffic data of present zones while adding them to the signals of control channels. A radio terminal 203 existent in the common area of zones A1 and A2 covered by the base stations 101 and 102 compares the traffic data added to the signals of control channels from the communicatable base stations 101 and 102 and transmits a call originating request to the base station with the less traffic amount. |
