PURPOSE:To increase the range of a usable synthetic resin film by molding even a thick and hard synthetic resin in a predetermined protrusion amount. CONSTITUTION:A method for molding a baglike vessel with a run-off passage before fusion-bonding comprises the steps of fusion-bonding peripheries of superposed synthetic resin films to form a bag for filling fluidized object, communicating the passage of a non-fusion-bonded part with an upper fusion-bonded part with the bag at its base end, expanding to allow a run-off passage forming part of the film to an outer surface side to protrude before the upper side of the film is fusion-bonded in order to manufacture the vessel with the passage formed by disposing its closed end at a comer, wherein the passage forming part of the film 1 is inserted to be molded between a male mold 22 and a female mold 27. In this case, the molding part is heated, pressed to the mold 27 with pressurized air or vacuum sucked to the mold 27. |
