STICKING DEVICE AND STICKING METHOD FOR FLAT PLATES

PURPOSE:To enable sticking of flat plates for sticking of two sheets of glass to each other without relative mispositioning between the glass by successively sticking these flat plates from the one side of the glass with the sticking device for the flat plates. CONSTITUTION:A chucking unit A12 is constituted to simultaneously fix the upper glass 9 and the lower glass 10 by inserting a spacer unit between the rear surface of the upper glass 9 and the front surface of the lower glass 10 to maintain a spacing therebetween and a chucking unit B13 is constituted to adjust the spacing between the upper glass 9 and the lower glass 10 by fixing and lifting only the upper glass 9, by which the sticking of the upper glass 9 an the lower glass 10 with the relatively less mispositioning therebetween is executed.
