PURPOSE:To obtain an ink composition having high concentration with excellent storage stability and improved printability, flexibility, adherence, electrical insulating properties, curling resistance, etc., by using a blocked polyurethane, a blocked polyisocyanate, an epoxy resin and a curing catalyst as the principal constituents. CONSTITUTION:The composition is obtained by using as the principal constituents a blocked polyurethane (A), a blocked polyisocyanate (B), an epoxy resin (C), and a curing catalyst (D). The constituent A is formed from a polyisocyanate, a polyol having an average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000 and a blocking agent. The constituent B is synthesized in such a manner that the equivalent ratio of the active hydrogen atoms of the blocking agent to the isocyanate groups of the polyisocyanate is (1.0:1) to (1.2:1). The amount of constituent B is 10-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. constituent A. Constituent C is used in an amount sufficient to provide an equivalent ratio of the epoxy groups thereof to all the masked isocyanate groups of constituents A and B of (10 to 100):100. The amount of constituent D is 0.01-3.0 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total of constituent A, B and C. |
