PURPOSE:To perform the resin treatment without generating the shifting and blinding of the stitches of the fabric by immersing meshy woven or knit fabric in a resin-processing solution and subsequently spraying the resin-processing solution on the fabric to make the solution uniformly adhere to the fabric. CONSTITUTION:Meshy woven or knit fabric comprising synthetic fibers, natural fibers, regenerated fibers, glass fibers, metal fibers, etc., is immersed in a processing solution containing fats or oils, a resin such as a melamine-urethane- urea resin or a silicon resin, etc., in response to the object of the processing, sprayed with the same resin processing solution in a pressure of 3-15kg/cm<2> for the removal of the excessively adhering resin-processing solution to make the processing solution uniformly adhere to the fabric, and subsequently dried, thus applying the resin processing solution to the fabric without generating the shifting and blinding of the stitches of the fabric. |
