PURPOSE:To prevent arrangement disorder of solar battery cells at the time of retainer compression-bonding, by molding a resin film in the uneven type capable of restricting the arrangement of solar battery cells, arranging the solar battery cells in the recessed parts, and fixing the cells on a retainer. CONSTITUTION:A multi-layered film of e.g. a fluorine based film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a fluorine based film, and an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer film is used as a resin film 1, and the surface of the fluorine based film is previously subjected to corona discharge treatment. Recessed parts having forms of solar battery cells 5 and wiring 6 are molded by heated vacuum- molding of the resin film 1. The solar battery cells provided with wiring 6 are put in the recessed parts of the resin film 1. Connection of the wiring 6 for mutually connecting the solar battery cells is formed by soldering. A glass plate 3 is stacked interposing the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer film of a bonding layer 4. A solar battery module obtained by the above manner has no disorder in the arrangement of solar battery cells. |
