<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a photovoltage sensor which can reduce as much as possible effects of stress distortion due to changes in temperature on the photovoltage sensor. CONSTITUTION:An entrance optical fiber 20 to enter light, an emission optical fiber 30 to emit light, a lens 22, a polarization beam splitter 23 to polarize light, an electrochemical material 24, a total reflection mirror 28 to reflect light are arranged in this order; further, a 1/8 wavelength plate 27 is arranged on one end face of the electrochemical material 24.</p> |
