PURPOSE:To attain the electronic publication that can increase its application up to the weekly magaxines at low cost and a high speed and also with no illicit copies. CONSTITUTION:A general user owns a read/write enable memory IC 16, and the article contents of a publication are copied with charge to a memory card including the IC 10 and a hardware lock circuit 10 serving as an illicit copy preventing means in a publication store. Then the user displays the article contents of the publication copied to an exclusive memory card having a hardware lock function serving as an illicit copy preventing means and then reads these displayed article contents. |
