The invention relates to a permanent shuttering for forming a cavity floor which comprises a subfloor and a top floor section which is arranged at a vertical distance from said subfloor and is supported thereon by means of spacers, which shuttering is formed from a panel (1) which, at intervals, exhibits through-passages which are adjoined by hollow bodies (2) which extend from the underside of the panel (1) in order to form spacers, are directed downwards, are open at the top, preferably taper downwards in the form of funnels and are closed, at their lower ends, by bases (3) which form standing surfaces. In the case of said permanent shuttering, improved footstep-sound insulation is achieved in that a composition consisting of elastic polymeric material is introduced into each hollow body (2), which composition forms, on the inner side of the base (3), a layer (5) which is connected to the material of the hollow body (2) in a captive and fluid-tight fashion. <IMAGE>
