The memory increases the storage capacity of the voice information by using the ADPCM (Adaptive Differential Pulse Coded Modulation) method. It also expands the memory region reading/writing directly with the CPU by converting the specific data supplied from the CPU into the memory address. The memory region is divided by the page composed of the unit of 256 bytes. The page is transmitted to the outside through the selection circuit if the page is designated toward each time slot. It has two sub highway transmission lines transmitting data within one frame period, whose 32 time slots of the data are different from each other so that the 64 time slots are transmitted within one frame period.
